Mr. Simpson Must Be Held Accountable to His Constituents!

Statement

Date: Oct. 5, 2010

Here we are, folks, just four weeks until Election Day. Since "day one" my candidacy has always been about FREEDOM FIRST, equal justice & rights for all, and Constitutional obedience from our federal government -- respecting state's rights and individual state sovereignty, especially when it comes to our public lands and water.

Since then, there have been a number of events here in Idaho's Second Congressional District I had been looking forward to in an opportunity to get front-and-center with our incumbent Representative, Mr. Simpson.

Mr. Simpson has repeatedly dodged me when I call him out for debate. I can now say "me" with conviction as his latest refusal is with the public debate scheduled for October 17th -- the Idaho Debates on the PBS channel. The Democrat didn't RSVP, and Mr. Simpson refused the invitation. Mr. Simpson refuses to allow himself to be held accountable to his constituents, and quite frankly, Idahoans should be up-in-arms about this!

This election is for the fate of Idaho's Second Congressional District, and Idaho in general. If you live in this district and are concerned about our future, call Mr. Simpson's office at (208) 367-1927 or in Washington, D.C. at (202) 225-5531 (or by e-mail: info@simpsonforcongress.com) and ask why he's afraid to debate Independent Candidate Brian Schad.

In Liberty, Brian Schad | Independent Candidate for the US House of Representatives (ID-02)
